There will be 8 locations on Cruise Day and each of them will also tell you which Non-Profit organization you will be helping directly. All activities scheduled at Colonial Dodge WILL continue as scheduled. We at Cruisin' Gratiot are very saddened by the choice of Chrysler to close such an outstanding and well respected dealership.

Attention singers of all ages:
Cruisin' Gratiot Idol open auditions are in full swing! Every Tuesday (Adult Division) and Monday (Youth/Teen Divisions) at the Cloverleaf Restaurant in Eastpointe. The first 25 contestants to register will compete for a chance at the Semi-Final Competitions during Cruise Week and the Finals on Cruise Day.

Open Auditions will be for 8 weeks, last week for adults is May 26, 2009 and for Youth/Teen Division there will be no auditions on May 25, 2009 due to the holiday so the last audition will be on June 1, 2009 and semi finals for youth will be on June 15, 2009.

All entry donations go to Champions For Life Kid's Camp Charity. For more information please visit www.visionhope.org.

*Due to Memorial Day, Cloverleaf will be closed and there will be no tryouts on that day.*

Open Audition Information:
All open auditions are held at Cloverleaf Bar and Restaurant
24443 Gratiot in Eastpointe. 586.777.5391.

Adult Division Auditions:
Tuesdays from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Youth Division (A & B) Auditions:
Mondays from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Remember, only the first 25 contestants to register on each day are eligible to compete, so come early!

Prizes will be as follows:

Adult Division:
1st place: $2,000.000
2nd place: $1,000.00

Youth "A" Division:
1st place: $400.00

Youth "B" Division:
1st place: $600.00

Total of $4,000.00 in prize money.

By competing in the Cruisin' Gratiot Idol competition you agree to the following:
• Cruisin' Gratiot may use photographs of you on the Cruisin' Gratiot website (www.cruisin-gratiot.com) and in print for the purposes of promoting Cruisin' Gratiot and the Cruisin' Gratiot Idol Contest.
• If selected to advance to the Semi-Finals you will be present to compete at the appropriate Semi-Final Round.
• If selected to advance to the Finals you will be present to compete on Cruise Day (June 20, 2009) at Colonial Dodge (time to be announced).
• Singers not selected for advancement to the Semi-Finals may compete as many times as they choose at Cloverleaf Restaurant.
• You may register at Cloverleaf Restaurant, but get there early as each round of Open Auditions may be limited to 30 singers.
• The decision of the Judges is final.
