Vendor Information

Cruisin' Gratiot welcomes vendors of all sorts from the Eastpointe Community and surrounding cities. All vendors must comply with the regulations set forth by the City of Eastpointe as well as Cruisin' Gratiot vendor regulations. Applications are being accepted until June 6th. There is still time to become a vendor!

The City of Eastpointe requires that any vendor planning to sell merchandise or offer a service during Cruisin' Gratiot obtain a "Peddler/Vendor License" for the event.

The requirements of the City of Eastpointe for License Issuance include:

All Vendors:
• Provide a list/description of items to be sold.
• Provide two recent passport-size photos of applicant.
• Provide a list of all employees to be working at any time during the event.
• Obtain fingerprints from the Eastpointe Police Dept. to be kept on file. $15.00 fee. Requirement may be waived if done for a previous Cruise, or if applicant is a Non-Profit Organization or a licensed business in the City of Eastpointe.
• Provide a location and layout drawing of vendor location.
• Provide a signed affidavit of permission if not the property owner.
• Attach completed Hold Harmless Agreements and Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Eastpointe as an additional insured party.
• Contact the Eastpointe City Clerk's Office listed above for more detailed information on all requirements.

Food Vendors Only:
• Same as above, plus a copy of the completed Macomb County Health Department application (provided with the Peddler/Vendor application packet).
• Please contact Mark at the Macomb County Health Department, 586.573.2240, for any questions regarding Health Department applications.

Current Eastpointe Business Vendor Fee $35.00
reduced fee for an Eastpointe business located other than Gratiot
which desires to set up a vendor booth on Gratiot for the Cruise

Expedited Processing Fee $50.00*
*additional cost for applications received within 7 days of event

Any applicant who submits an application after June 6th will be charged the
vendor fee and the expedited processing fee for a total of $100.00.
